Can TulsaDogPoop.com employees work with my dog in the yard?
Yes! We love meeting other dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our employee into the yard to perform service. If you know that your dog isn't good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog won't allow us to clean your yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your dog so that we can safely provide services for you and your family. Hopefully, over time, your dog will get to know us and be accepting of us ,so that they can be out there with us, when we come to care for your yard.
Does TulsaDogPoop.com need for me to leave the gate unlocked?
We do ask that you have your gate unlocked on your service day. If you feel more secure keeping your gate locked, we ask that you either provide a combination or key for us to use. We don't allow our employees to climb or jump over fences. If a gate is locked when we arrive and we cannot perform the pet waste service, a charge will still be incurred because we will be out the next service date to remove double the waste accumulation.

We offer several different services at TulsaDogPoop.com. We offer Residential Services, as well as, Commercial Services, depending upon you and your family's needs. We offer packages for weekly, bi-weekly, every other week, and one-time clean-up services to meet your unique needs.

Are there costs associated with an initial visit from TulsaDogPoop.com?
Just like each family is unique, each family's yard is unique as well. There are some yards that may require an Initial One Time Clean-Up before regular service can begin. If we look at the property and do need to institute an initial cleanup fee, because the yard hasn't been cleaned in a while, we will let you know this prior to providing any service. We do understand that there are times when a thorough cleaning is perfect for your needs. If you're selling a home, getting ready for a party or just tired of looking at a mess in your backyard, we can offer you a One-Time Only clean-up. These can be easily arranged and start around $30 (per half hour).
What payment options does TulsaDogPoop.com offer?
We offer many different payment options for your convenience. We will send an invoice by U.S. Mail or E-mail at the beginning of each month for all of that month’s service.

Yes, we offer a Referral Program and several different discounts. Our Referral Program is very simple: Refer a client to us and receive a one time $10 credit off of your monthly invoice after they've been a consistent customer for 2 months. There is no limit to this program.

What is the TulsaDogPoop.com policy regarding holidays and inclement weather?
We do work on most holidays, although we do not work on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. As far as inclement weather goes, we all know how unreliable Oklahoma's weather can be, but be assured that TulsaDogPoop.com is anything but. You can take comfort in the fact that rain, sleet, and light snow does not stop us from taking great care of your yards needs. Lightning and severe thunderstorms may delay us a bit, but we should be able to get to your yard within that same day. There may be times that very heavy snow could prevent us from servicing your yard, however, our policy, in those rare cases, is that we still charge the normal service rate since there will be twice the amount of waste for us to take care of the next regularly scheduled service time.
What if I need to postpone or reschedule a service with TulsaDogPoop.com?
